Guess i'm a slacker, i haven't posted anything in here for ages... actually, been busybusybusy!

Finally, a new design up in the Shop! I've always been a Castrol 20/50 fan when i comes to motor oil for old scoots... more than anything else, i just like the design of the Castrol can! Then i thought, RetroJohn needs a good grade oil... visit the Shop to see the new design, and buy a shirt, if ya' like it!

 Tomorrow, April 17 is the Ol' Skool Bike Show at Ellis Beach, organized by Prong from Cairns Performance Motorcycles - will certainly be draggin' the ol' Tiger out for a run...

 So, looks like the wet season is coming to an end here in the Far Northern Tropics of Aus!

Which means it's fair weather for riding!!! A balmy 25ºC this morning... yeah!

So, moving all the generally what's happening with RetroJohn here to the blog...

Still not too much in the 'new' department in the shop... busybusy, where does the time go... don't answer that! Have added some other products to the old designs though... stuff for the ladies and the little ones.

Finally got a new seat for the Tiger (also from Chris), the foam in the old one had gone brittle, had crumbled and sagged right down to the metal...

Also had to replace the cable as that went on me one day half way home! Picked that up locally from Prong at Cairns Performance Motorcyles. Prong get's a lot of his stuff sent up from Chris anyway... Old Bikes, gotta love 'em!!! ;-)

Clutch on the Tiger is all good now... Chris at BritishMotorcycle.com.au sent me a new clutch rod bushing as the old one had become 'gold flake' in the gear box oil!!!
